The RIL01 attendance recording system works with magnetic badges or proximity cards (RFID) and connection to a personal computer for data processing. With this system which can control access, door opening, gate opening and car parks, customers can monitor company entry and exit movements.

Attendance recording:
The Eldig RIL01 system, consisting of a display and the related magnetic badges or proximity cards (with RF-ID technology), is able to work also with computers off, a very important feature that ensures optimal functioning. The data saved by the terminal can be extracted and saved to disk for subsequent processing.

Access control:
The device’s display is airtight and made to remain in the open air; the equipment is provided with the related proximity cards. Each access is monitored and saved, allowing the company entry and exit movements to be tracked, and is a very useful tool for access not only by employees, but also by visitors, security companies, etc.

The software provided to the two devices, designed and owned by Eldig testing, monitors the presences and accesses and produces two types of final outputs: the direct passage of the data to payroll systems such as OSRA and Zucchetti, and the production of printouts for internal use, such as monthly presence spreadsheets, absences statistics, etc.
These systems feature simplicity of installation, learning and use combined with the low cost, meaning that even small companies can have this kind of tool.
